Steven Bardsley, Esq. and Pamela Devine, Esq. are trained and experienced neutrals who assist other lawyers to resolve disputes by serving as mediators, sole arbitrators, members of three-arbitrator AAA panels, and as settlement conference judges for State Court proceedings. They are on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. Both have completed extensive training and are active member of the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators.
In addition to conducting mediation and arbitrations in a conventional on-site, face-to-face setting, the neutrals at Bardsley Law are on the leading edge of dispute resolution in a digital environment. The benefits of remote mediations and arbitrations are so significant that we expect them to be part of the “new normal” in pursuing out-of-court resolution of business and other disputes.
