Two former environmental engineers, Steven Bardsley, Esq. and Dean Seman, Esq., who have transitioned their engineering knowledge and environmental experience to their legal practice, lead Bardsley Law’s Environmental Team. That leadership is ably supplemented by a group of engaged, thoughtful and responsible attorneys. Collectively our Environmental Team has more than fifty combined years of experience handling complex and wide-ranging environmental cases. This includes extensive experience in defending environmental, environmental exposure and environmental professional liability cases. Our scope of services and expertise ranges from toxic torts and workplace exposure involving benzene, lead, silica, air irritants and diacetyl, to more traditional matters involving contaminated properties, landfills, storage tank releases, fracking, hazardous waste, storm water, wastewater, transportation, mold, and air quality and CERCLA claims.
